Yale Association for African Peace and Development (YAAPD) Annual Conference, New Haven, Connecticut, USA

Her Excellency Mrs Samira Bawumia attended the Annual Conference of the Yale Undergraduate Association for African Peace and Development in Yale University, USA from April 13-15, 2017.
At the conference, she was a Keynote Panelist for the ‘Women and Government’ plenary session.
While in the USA, Her Excellency Mrs Samira Bawumia visited the offices of MedShare in Atlanta, a humanitarian aid organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people, communities and our planet by sourcing and directly delivering surplus medical supplies and equipment to communities in need around the world.
Mrs Bawumia also delivered the keynote address at the annual conference of the The Ghana Physicians and Surgeons Foundation while in Atlanta.
